Sharing a bit more about me…
The Touch comes from…
Tarsila Bonatelli, a soft and strong soul who discovered very early in life that her hands were a gift for self-expression and healing. The inner divine was always a topic close to her heart. Over the years she’s explored this intense power that lies within each of us, and how we can access and utilize this energy for our growth and expansion.
Tarsila has always been curious about healing, and her studies and work in pharmacy allowed an early outlet for further exploration. She dedicated more than ten years to Patient Safety within the Pharmaceutical Industry and in 2019 she decided to leave the corporate world and pursue a more direct and intimate path of healing. She spent a full year traveling the globe, from Ecuador and Mexico to the heart of the Peruvian jungle to deepen her practice with great teachers in a number of healing modalities.
Over the years she’s learned and worked with Soul Therapy, Reiki, Energy Healing, ThaiYoga Massage, Kaula Tantra Yoga and Andean Cosmovision.
“Ātman Touch” was born as a space in Basel to integrate all these bodywork tools and convert them into offerings, supporting others on their own journeys to bring balance to Soul, Mind and Body!

This year I started feeling the desire to go back to yoga and deepen my studies in Tantra. This course was life changing because I gathered many tools for self-support. I learned and experienced myself how to generate energy, how to store it in the body and how to expand it from inside out. Experimenting with different breath-work practices, meditation techniques and asanas allowed me to feel deep within myself how powerful we are when we have the right tools in hands.

The learnings in the ThaiYoga Massage world continued, for sure! I could meet my teacher Takis twice for a course on how to massage with the Feet and a one day immersion on treatment approach for lower back pain. It was also in 2023 that I had my first course with Kerys, an amazing, authentic and powerful woman who taught us the alchemy of abdominal massage. Besides learning, I also experienced days of deep immersion, with emotions being freed-up from my body, getting some reminders on how to care more for myself, reconnecting with parts that I usually forget I have :) Besides all of that, I also adventured myself more in the field of emotions x disease by taking the online Root Cause Program Course, by Tracey Stevens. A 12 week program where we also experienced the work first, learning how emotions and beliefs play a role in physical discomforts and practicing some tools to reframe these and support our body in healing.

In 2022 I was once more up to taking more courses in ThaiYoga :) I've been to two workshops to learn more about static techniques and a 5 days training with my beloved teacher Takis on dynamic Thai. This one was held in Portugal, in the middle of nature, coming as a time for retreating myself and deepening the studies in ThaiYoga massage.

In 2021 I went deeper into practicing ThaiYoga Massage. It's always important to put into practice all the learnings we gather in courses and workshops. Nothing better than learning from my clients! I gained more experience and confidence on what I could offer to others and the love for this beautiful practice just increased :)

During lock down I went deeper in Yoga starting to teach online both Kaula Tantra and Gravity Yoga. It was a beautiful time to be present, even if virtually, with a wonderful community of yoguis looking for keeping themselves strong and stable during such hard times.

In 2019 I took an unpaid leave before reaching the peak of a burn-out at my corporate job and travelled the world to learn and experience everything I wanted. Access Bars was one of the courses I wanted to take to understand better how the energy moves and how we can stimulate it through our touch. This one was fully focused on powerful points in the head but impacting the whole body.

Another training to learn more about energy healing. Here I learned some protocols to support people suffering from different types of diseases. We work on the energetic body first, and with that the physical body is impacted. I had some amazing experiences on people experiencing improvement from hearing loss and overall body illnesses.

It was in Ecuador where I took my Yoga Teacher Training certification in Kaula Tantra Yoga. Tantra became part of my life from this point onwards. There I learned more about the science of exploring soul, mind and body through a set of tools passed on for centuries to support us connect with ourselves and achieve a healthy and vibrant state of being. Arts and shamanism were also part of the training we received. I was amazed with the diversity of tools available for us!

It was also in this year that I was introduced to ThaiYoga Massage. Touch has always been a tool of communication for me. To express love and care; to receive love and care. Once I learned the basics, I started practicing it constantly and began to fall in love with what I was seeing in front of me. The deep connection with someone else's energy, body, and the gift to be able to support them with my hands. The sacred dance in play started changing my life!

After arriving in Switzerland in 2016, my interests started to expand and I allowed myself to explore and be as diverse as I always wanted to be. This was my first contact with the world of energy healing and it kicked-off the learnings in this field.

Following the attraction for the topic, I immersed myself in the Soul Therapy method where I could start to understand better how I perceive others energies and how I can support their Soul, their subconscious, their inner wisdom to manifest and communicate. I was absolutely in love with the topic!

Still in Brazil, it was time to go a little bit deeper in this other healing field (pharmacy) by specialising myself in Hospital Pharmacy... the desire to support others would only grow from there...

Did you know I'm a Pharmacist by background? I was always attracted by tools or ways to support other reaching a healthy state. I initially wanted to work with genetics and cancer, but later I understood I wanted to be in contact with people and decided not to follow the academic life.
