The Second Stage of Healing - Conflict

If you haven't checked the start point of this journey - awareness and pain - I suggest going back to this blog post.

After becoming aware of aspects within us ready for change and healing, the journey of transformation starts affecting our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies (these different bodies are explained in this post - I'll be referring to them here as "layers"). This stage marks the initiation of a new operating model, yet to be fully integrated across all layers of ourselves.

During the early stages of this transformative process, a paradox unfolds. A part of us desires to break free from old patterns, seeking a new way of operating, but the full transition is not yet complete. Confusion comes as we start trying figuring out a new operating model while other layers of ourselves are still operating in the old way.

Confusion here is a great sign that this journey of transformation is taking place within us.

In the middle of this confusion, a mix of old and new structures coexists. Questions about how this transformation will manifest, how we should behave, act, and interpret life's events are more present than ever. It's a phase of transition where neither the old nor the new is fully operational, and this uncertainty becomes a fertile ground for growth.

Embracing confusion becomes a catalyst for exploration. The more perplexed we become, the more we open ourselves to diverse points of view. This period of uncertainty prompts us to see things differently, paying attention to elements that were previously overlooked. Each nuance becomes precious material, supporting the gradual construction of a new way of being.

Significant changes in one layer, be it the physical or emotional body, set off a synchronization process across all layers. The time taken for these layers to catch up with the evolving changes is part of this period of confusion. Rather than rushing this phase or forcing a premature conclusion, it is essential to allow the natural progression of the transformation.

The more time we spend navigating this uncertainty, the more information we gather to fortify the foundation of our newfound self. Curiosity and exploration take precedence over concerns about the confusion we find ourselves in.

Thai Yoga Massage can be a valuable ally in navigating the confusion phase of healing. Through gentle stretches, massage, and breathwork, Thai Yoga Massage helps release tension stored in the body, allowing for greater ease and clarity of mind. It promotes relaxation, which is essential for processing emotions and gaining insight into our inner workings. Additionally, the hands-on approach of Thai Yoga Massage fosters a sense of connection between mind, body, and spirit, supporting the integration of new insights and facilitating the healing journey.

Looking forward to supporting you in this process!

Thanks.

Tarsi.
