Quieting the Mind as one of the keys for healing
The second key required in your healing journey is a quiet mind. A busy mind keeps us disconnected from the present moment.

When your mind is occupied, you're usually thinking about the past or future, which pulls you away from your body and the here and now. Healing happens in the body, through the act of being present with all emotions and sensations coming up... that's why keeping your mind quiet is an important key for healing to unfold.
If the previous door (feeling safe) was not opened, your mind won't be able to rest as it will keep screening your environment to make sure no threats are coming up. However, once you feel safe, your mental guard tends to lower.
At this moment your thoughts slows down, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the present moment. Once you are able to be present with your body, you'll have unlocked this door and will be ready to use the next key: emotional presence.
My support for you...
During the sessions I offer, you'll be in a space where your body will automatically feel safe and ready to relax. From there, we'll work together with your breath and body to support you bringing your awareness to the present moment. It's like a training, where you'll be practicing this movement out of the mind and into the body, over and over again. The more you practice, the easier it will get and this is such a great tool for supporting you in the healing process!
